Return Policy – Online Sales

  1. Merchandise must be NEW and untainted.
    • If merchandise purchased online is returned to us in worn condition, it is subject to a 30% restocking fee that will be subtracted from your refund.
  2. You must have an Unger’s sales receipt. You will receive a hard copy receipt inside your merchandise box upon delivery. You will also receive a receipt in your email inbox. Either receipt will suffice, but must be present if returning in-store or must be inside the package if returning via USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.
  3. In order to obtain a refund on full price merchandise, the return must occur within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, exchanges or in-store credit only. Numbers 1 and 2 must also apply.
  4. All discounted  or sale price items will receive an exchange or in-store credit onlyNo refunds. No exchanges nor in-store credit after 30 days. Numbers 1 and 2 must also apply.
  5. Defective merchandise returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt from Unger’s; as described in Number 2. Depending upon the length of time and the amount of wear, Unger’s has the option of:
    • returning the item to the manufacturer for their judgment
    • repairing the defective item
    • exchanging the returned item
    • issuing refunds or in-store credit
  6. No returns on socks, gloves nor hats.
  7. All other claims subject to management discretion.
